Demand Generation Manager

We are on the lookout for a skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Base. As an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a vital role in implementing,executing, and integrating our multi-channel marketing strategy that encompasses marketing automation, digital, and social channels. 

As part of a small but dynamic marketing team, your focus will be measured on delivering successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across various channels.

You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of campaigns that will integrate advertising, PR, sales, and social media marketing. 

As an Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you are required to have excellent communication and analytical skills to be successful in the role. You should also have at least three years of experience in the same or similar roles and a proven track record of successful Demand Generation marketing projects and campaigns.

Please note that this is a fully remote position. As a global company, some work outside of regular work hours and travel from time to time may be required.


As a Demand Generation Manager, you will have a hand in every aspect of the marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on lead generation activities to drive customer acquisition and enhance the sales funnel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Brand and Strategy: Contributing to the development and management of campaigns.
  • Marketing Automation: Managing targeted email campaigns and setting up automated drip campaigns that align with customer journeys and profiles.
  • Digital and Social Media: Building, tracking, and reporting on SEM and paid digital/social campaigns. Establishing a comprehensive marketing automation strategy.
  • Website Management: Overseeing website management using platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Exploring New Channels: Identifying and evaluating new digital channels and platforms for potential marketing opportunities.
  • Research and monitor market trends and data to find opportunities to increase our sales 
  • Analyze marketing data to identify issues and develop solutions to fix them


To thrive in this role, you should bring your experience as a SaaS B2B2 marketer with a strong command of digital marketing skills and expertise in lead generation through digital and direct channels. Here are the key qualifications we’re seeking:

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in B2B channels.
  • Excellent skills and experience in lead generation/demand generation marketing through direct and online channels.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing, CRM, and lead management tools such as HubSpot.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in strategy development of marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage complex and multi-channel campaigns
  • Motivation, a thirst for learning, and a proactive drive.
